First coaching carried out 12 january 2009 at 12.30 p.m (Malaysian Time).
Selected place (office canteen) was not so condusive as it is in an open space but there is privacy. Cooperation from coachee was very encouraging and responsive to discussion.
Asked about his next mission to accomplish, his reply was not suppising as he want to achieve the next level of management. Currently, he is a Senior Technical Executive which is actually holding the post of an Engineer.
